Tips to Remember: It is impotant to have clear behaviors/tasks for your child to earn their rewards for the best results. (Remember, if you want your child to consistantly act appropriately, you need to be consistant in teaching them how to!). Also, once you have successfully eliminated the "problem behavior", gradually phase out the reward, so you can refocus on a new behavior. (We don't want to teach our children to think that they deserve to be paid for every normal social interaction so make sure they aren't getting rewarded for them!) This is important for the behavioral modifications, if you are using coupons to reward chores it isn't as applicable.
Just cut and laminate for multiple use.
