I made this printable for my kids to learn to be accountable for their things. It is good for ages Preschool and up. I only required the kids to track how many books/movies they have signed out and when they are due back. Then there is a check box to record whether the items have been returned and whether or not any late fees are owed. Now, don't worry, I don't charge the kids if their items don't make it back because we were unable to make it there, but if they forget to put all books in their bag and a couple are therefore late, than they are responsible to cover that. (only 10 cents per day). Just print out and cut out. There are a few different designs to choose from. I put the cards in a plastic holders often used for ID cards with their library card and that is attached to a lanyard and stored in their library totes for easy access. This is a great way to give your children a sense of responsibility and accountability. Also a great introduction to organization! | ![]()

About DiDiI am a wife and a mother of 3. 5 if you include my asshole cats. But that is another story. Here I share my favorite crafts, printables and activities that can be done with children. This is probably the most active page of mine, as being a mother is full time and as much as I love cosmetics etc. Recording the videos is a challenge to say the least with 3 little ones running around!
